Grand at Florence Opening Mid-January

We’re proud to announce the opening of our newest resort-style community, Grand at Florence.

Grand at Florence is located on Burlington Pike just west of I-71, and is a short ten minute drive to downtown Cincinnati. These Florence apartments offer convenience and proximity to other cities while providing a quiet, resort-style community at home.

Schottenstein Real Estate Group COO and Senior Vice President Brian Schottenstein feels the positive fanfare surrounding the opening of the community all around Florence.

Residents began leasing apartments at our kiosk at the Florence Mall, which is only minutes from the newest Schottenstein Real Estate community.

Grand at Florence will officially open to residents in mid-January.
