But then there’s also Jason Wright, the Parkway Crossing Sales Manager who is probably one of the happiest guys you’ll ever meet. We thought we’d take a minute to see what makes Jason tick while he’s on the job at our Grove City condominium community, Parkway Crossing.
1.Why do you love your job?
I love the people! There is nothing I love more then helping a young couple buy their first home. Helping them find the perfect floor plan, helping them find the correct financing, and picking out colors and the look on their face when they move in.
2. What’s the best part of your day?
Meeting new people!
3. Why do you think so many buyers choose Parkway Crossing Condos in Grove City?
Location, location, location, Grove City is one of the up and coming communities in central Ohio and just minutes from anywhere in Columbus. Grove City also has new shops and restaurants popping up all the time.
4. What is the most appealing benefit for living in the Parkway Crossing Condominium community?
The proximity and ease at which you can get to downtown Columbus! You can get from your home to a Clippers game in less then 15 minutes, you can’t beat it!
5. What is your favorite memory from a Parkway Crossing Condominiums community event?
For me it is the little things…like watching new condo owners who just moved in be greeted at a Parkway Crossing community function and being swept away to get introduced to everyone else. Or watching a bunch of neighbors of all different backgrounds and ages sitting around the pool laughing and just having a great time!
6. What do you tell people who are on the fence about choosing a condo in Grove City at Parkway Crossing?
I tell people to come out and see our community and its condominiums when I’m not around. The first thing they will notice is that everyone waves and smiles. Heck, I have a handful of people who will invite you in for a drink and show you their condo, and tell you what a great place Parkway Crossing is. You just could not ask for a better community!
7. What is your most popular selling model and why?

The Legend! The Legend condominium is a great combination of price, value, and an amazing home! The Legend has a first floor master bedroom with two additional large bedrooms on the second floor. It also has a bonus room over the garage and a screened in porch on the rear sliding glass doors.
8. What amenities are available at the Parkway Crossing condominium community?
Where do I start? Two large ponds out front, a workout facility, Clubhouse, pool and we are a gated community.
9. What makes the Schottenstein Real Estate Group stand a cut above the rest when compared to other builders?
I think it is the people! Hopefully it starts with me and having a great time picking out your new condo and finding the one that is just right for you. But it continues with the quality construction and attention to detail you’ll see in your new home.
Then you have Melody our Personal Service Coordinator who helps with everything from closing and all the little things that help make your purchase go that much smoother. 10. What season do you look forward to the most at Parkway Crossing and why?
I would have to say spring. I think it has to do with the fact that winter is finally moving out, and the Community comes to life with people walking dogs, visiting with neighbors and meeting the new homeowners!
