Back in June 2023, we shared the news that Orange Summit had officially broken ground in Orange Township. We’re glad to bring you the next chapter: Orange Summit is now open.
Located off US 23 (Columbus Pike) and Shanahan Road, Orange Summit offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom garden and townhome apartments with attached garages, in the Olentangy School District.
Resort-style living, now finished and open
Everything we described at groundbreaking has been built. At the center of the community is a 6,000 square foot clubhouse, and residents have the run of:
- A heated resort-style pool and sundeck
- A 24-hour fitness center
- A café and multiple lounges
- A fire pit and game room
- A pickle ball court
- A dog park
- A conference room
- A community garden
Inside the apartments: stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, crown molding, ceiling fans, washer and dryer hook-ups, private entrances, and a patio or balcony.
Come and see it
Orange Summit was designed around how people actually want to spend their time — an early workout, an afternoon by the pool, an evening at the fire pit with neighbors. It’s the same attention to detail behind every Schottenstein Real Estate Group community, and now it’s finished and open.
