SRE Group Introduces Grove City Summit Apartment Community

This summer has been an exciting one for the Schottenstein Real Estate Group.  Columbus Business First named SRE Group as the number one ranked commercial real estate developer in Central Ohio.  Recently, construction has begun on Grove City Summit, a class A upscale 228 unit rental community.

Grove City Summit is located on SR665, near Hoover Rd., east of the new I-71 interchange, and will offer a mix of one, two, and three bedroom garden and townhomes. All townhomes and the majority of the garden apartments will feature attached garages. The community will feature a clubhouse with a 24-hr fitness center with yoga room, resort style pool, community garden, café with free wifi, and business center.
