Your satisfaction in your living experience is extremely important to us, and if for any reason you ever feel we are not complying with your lease or meeting your expectations, please contact us with a certified written notice specifying the condition.  We will then hold a meeting in your rental home to discuss any such notice received by the landlord.  If the stated condition is correctable and not remedied within a reasonable time period (which we hope doesn’t happen), then you have the option to terminate the lease without penalty – and that’s a promise.
