2014 Yearly Recap From SRE Group

2014 was a benchmark year for our company, Schottenstein Real Estate Group. Columbus CEO Magazine ranked us the #1 commercial real estate developer in Central Ohio. Our Chairman and CEO, Gary Schottenstein, was also inducted into the inaugural class of Smartest CEOs in Central Ohio by Smart Business magazine. We have also continued to grow our presence throughout the great state of Ohio while expanding our footprint on a national scale.

This past year, we have successfully opened two resort style communities in Mason and Columbus, Ohio. Mason Grand is the first high end development in one of the nation’s Top 10 best places to live. We have also started leasing at Grand at Polaris, near the Polaris mall, one of the most popular destinations in Central Ohio. Grand at Polaris will be opening in February. We completed Grove City Summit this year with over 400 happy residents experiencing convenient living.

In 2015, Schottenstein Real Estate Group will begin it’s expansion outside of Ohio with developments in Kentucky, Carolina and Florida. We will continue to develop in Central Ohio as we are currently working on multiple mixed use developments.

The success over the past year can be attributed to our fantastic residents and hard working staff. Without these two crucial components, becoming one of the largest developers/builders in the Midwest would not be possible.
