Here are some of the suburbs that made our short list.

Gahanna:

Gahanna has grown considerably over the last 20 years and has becomes a premier living location for young professionals, families and empty nesters in the central Ohio area. Much of this growth is due to the completion of the Creekside Project, which is a scenic park built around Big Walnut Creek. This beautiful area offers a number of activities including; paddle boat rides, fishing and the annual Gahanna Creekside Blues & Jazz Festival. In addition to these family friendly activities, Gahanna also has a very diverse dining scene. For example, Arepazo offers up some of the suburbs best Latin cuisine and is conveniently located right next to Creekside in Olde Gahanna. Other great restaurants include; Mr. Sushi, Lola & Giuseppe’s Trattoria and Golden Delight Bakery. Another perk about Gahanna is it’s very close to Easton Town Center which is only a short drive away.

These two suburbs share a boarder along the Scioto River and offer a great living experience for families young and old. With excellent schools to choose from and no shortage of living options, Dublin/Powell remains one of the best places to reside in central Ohio.
