Columbus, Ohio Real Estate Group Garners Online Attention

The summer months are synonymous with warm weather. The Schottenstein Real Estate Group has been on an impressive hot streak with their online presence as the summer season officially begins. In addition to reaching a milestone on Facebook and garnering record traffic to their state-of- the-art website, SRE Group has been recognized for their accomplishments in the entire social media landscape!

Columbus Business First
is running a competition that will track participants’ social influence on Facebook, Twitter and Linkedin. The Schottenstein Real Estate Group is one of eight companies to advance to the next round of “Social Madness.” The Columbus, Ohio real estate leader earned the number six seed in the bracket-like competition and will face off against Manta, a website with the largest online community dedicated entirely to small business.

“Millions of people come to Manta each day,” said Brian Schottenstein, Marketing Manager at the Schottenstein Real Estate Group. “We realize that we are the underdogs heading into this matchup. Our social media following has been growing at a rapid pace so maybe we can be the Cinderella story of the bracket.”

In addition to advancing in social madness, The Schottenstein Real Estate Group now has more “likes” than any other real estate company in the entire state of Ohio on Facebook! The exciting accomplishment is a testament to the high quality content that SRE Group provides to their online community. “With a large social media presence we are receiving more publicity overall as a company and more traffic to our website,” said Schottenstein. “Remarkably, it has also resulted in more traditional PR opportunities such as newspaper and magazine articles as well as television interviews!”
